Experienced Synchronous Instructors
That old saying "nothing beats experience" is truly apropos in the online synchronous world. Some believe live distance interaction is so new that it is impractical to assume there could be experienced instructors available. The truth of the matter is that since the late 90's and the advent of the 56k modem many people have been instructing live online around the globe. Some of Quopax associate instructors have over seven years of experience teaching in a live online environment.
Quopax is very proud of the fact that it has access to possibly the most experienced group of quality synchronous instructors in the country today. They stand ready and they are eager to help other organization learn how to enthusiastically entertain their own students in the live synchronous of Quopax. They also stand ready to fill the the breach when substitute teachers are needed. Last, they can assist new startup programs in distance learning to get their feet on the ground while they are hiring and training their permanent instructional staff.
Every eligible Q-room instructor currently possesses at a minimum of the following qualifications and experiences
Educational Credentials: Masters Degree
Synchronous Training: They have successfully completed the Quopax "Instructor Training Program"
Synchronous Teaching Experience: Each instructor has successfully taught for a minimum of three years in a synchronous environment at the collegiate level
