Definitions of support packages:
Tier II support- Quopax will train 2 employees or work study students of an institution who will then be capable to act as primary support for the Q-room students. Only Tier II personnel will have direct assess to Quopax Tier I personnel.
Tier I support is defined as allowing Tier II staff and students to have direct access to a Quopax technical support person.
